Human Rights at Sea is delighted to welcome Charlotte Rumbol to the post of Executive Administrator to the NGO’s Senior Leadership Team in support of the ongoing expansion of core staff roles reflecting the increasing levels of global engagement with the organisation’s work.

Charlotte has both public and private experience in various administration and support roles, most recently as Personal Assistant to the Heads of High Value at Macmillan Cancer Support, and as an Assistant to the Director of Delivery at the NHS.

Charlotte said: “I am delighted and privileged to have joined such an important, relevant and ground-breaking NGO. I’m excited to play my part and look forward to building on the great work and successes across the organisation. I am inspired by Human Rights At Seas ambition, dedication, and vision, and I look forward to supporting the Senior Leadership Team and their vital work in raising awareness, implementation and accountability to ensure that globally, we end human rights at sea.
