Smartgyro Masters Mediterranean with Seven New Dealers

Stabilizer specialist meets the needs of customers in key areas of Greece, Malta, Turkey and Spain with latest partner announcements as rapid company growth continues in 2022
Expanding gyro stabilization technology company Smartgyro has confirmed the appointment of seven new dealers to enhance service for customers in the Mediterranean region.
Smartgyro’s latest partners in Greece, Malta, Turkey and Spain strengthen its presence in one of the world’s key boating hotspots to continue the company’s rapid growth strategy.
Positioned to respond to an increasing interest and demand from boat owners and builders for innovative stabilization solutions, the Smartgyro Mediterranean dealer network will provide convenient product supply and service support for SG series gyro stabilizers.
Two new Smartgyro dealers now cover Greece, with the appointment of Athens-based Amaltheia Marine Ltd and Yacht Service Group in Gouvia Marina, Corfu. Offering support for vessels up to 200m, Amaltheia can rapidly supply stock equipment and spare parts, installing and repairing stabilizers, as well as engine controls, bow thrusters, hydraulic systems, electronic and electric automations, and sanitation systems, using specialized technicians and mobile units. Marine network service provider Yacht Service Group specializes in tailor-made solutions with a focus on marine engineering, repair and refit, rigging and general maintenance.
In Malta, Smartgyro has partnered with Yachthub Group, which is based at the shipyard known as Mediterranean Maritime Hub, Marsa and distributes for several leading yachts and equipment brands. Located in Izmir, Turkey, Denizmar now includes Smartgyro products among the technologically-advanced brands it delivers to customers and large shipyards including Istanbul, Antalya and Bodrum.
As dealer and authorized service center for several prominent brands, Motonáutica Balear, serving customers at the heart of the strategically significant Balearic Islands region, is Smartgyro’s representative in Palma with two locations. Meanwhile, in Valencia, Spain, Berto Talleres Navales, operating from three locations, adds Smartgyro stabilization to its specialism of repair and re-motorization of recreational boats. Completing the comprehensive support for customers in the country, Motonáutica Ibiza, the YANMAR Master Dealer for Ibiza and Formentera, offers diverse marine services like sales, maintenance and repairs, as well as boat rental and charter.
Carlo Gazerro, Sales Manager, Smartgyro, said: “We are delighted to confirm new partnerships with such established and trusted dealers, and we are confident that they will strengthen Smartgyro’s presence and technical capabilities within each of these popular cruising locations. We look forward to working with our Mediterranean dealer network, and global network, to raise awareness about the innovations and benefits of the Smartgyro stabilizers, while providing rapid and skilled supply and service support for boat owners and builders.”
Smartgyro’s SG series of gyro stabilizers, the SG20, SG40, SG60 and SG80, provide design benefits and advanced roll reduction technology for a variety of vessels in the 30 feet to 80 feet range. Innovations include a revolutionary modular mechanical design which enables the compact stabilizers to be assembled directly inside the boat and serviced while onboard, minimizing time spent on maintenance. The SG range also features cutting-edge developments within the control electronics, braking system, liquid-cooled system and vacuum enclosure to maximize roll reduction, performance and efficiency
