Kyriakos Papapolydorou joins Dualog: Underlines the commitment to the Greek and Cypriot markets

Leading maritime software provider Dualog has hired Kyriakos Papapolydorou to head up the activities in the growing Greek and Cypriot markets. Kyriakos is a shipping industry professional with over 17 years’ experience in providing solutions that are supporting the digital shift in the industry.

According to Dualog CEO, Morten Lind-Olsen, the new appointment brings in the high-level resource needed to directly serve customers in the region. “We are delighted to have Kyriakos as part of the Dualog team. His appointment, and our plans for future expansion, are in direct response to the increasing number of Dualog customers in Greece and Cyprus who are happy to be supported locally in the Greek language.”

Dualog aims to bring ship and shore closer by providing software solutions that enables the integrated ship, and the company recently announced that more than €5 million has been invested in developing software to help ship owners and managers fulfil their digital strategies.

Welcoming his appointment, Kyriakos said he looks forward to utilising his many years of experience in shipping by growing and developing Dualog’s footprint in the region. “I am very impressed by the level of investment Dualog has put in place in this market,” he said.

“I am seeing a change in both Greece and Cyprus with the new generation of owners and managers coming on the scene, all willing to look into new and modern solutions. Many of them has already chosen Dualog, and I am looking forward to support and be apart of this community,” added a smiling Kyriakos.
