Carnival Cruise Line earns two Travel Weekly Readers’ Choice Awards

Carnival Cruise Line took home top honors at Travel Weekly’s Readers’ Choice Awards in two categories – Best Family Cruise Line for the fourth year in a row, and Best Domestic Cruise Line for the sixth consecutive year.

Carnival earned Best Domestic Cruise Line honors for its wide range of cruise offerings, with two- to sixteen-day sailings from convenient homeports along East and West Coasts and the Gulf of Mexico. Known as “America’s Cruise Line,” Carnival operates from more U.S. homeports than any other cruise line, and roughly half of the U.S. population is within a five-hour drive to one of the locations.

The line’s Best Family Cruise Line award was bestowed for its wide range of amenities including amazing top-deck attractions such as WaterWorks, SportSquare, and of course, BOLT, the first roller coaster at sea which debuted on Mardi Gras earlier this year and will be featured on Carnival Celebration in 2022, as well as family-friendly offerings with something for everyone including top-rated children’s programs and more.

“The enthusiasm to cruise with us again has never been stronger, and earning these honors from readers of Travel Weekly is a testament to the hard work we do every day both shipboard and shoreside. Thank you to our travel agent partners for all the support they continue to provide our brand,” said Adolfo Perez, Carnival’s senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing.
