Gard announced that André Werner Kroneberg will be replacing Mark Russell as Managing Director of the Hong Kong office from 1 January 2022.
André is currently Chief Underwriting Officer in Asia, a role he will retain. Mark will be returning to Gard UK to assume global responsibility for Cargo Claims, as well as a new role as Senior Advisor to the Chief Claims Officer for Loss Control on Large Claims.

André’s experience of our Members and clients in the region, plus his knowledge of Gard, will be invaluable in building on the first class work that Mark has led.”
André joined Gard in December 2005 since when he has held various positions including Vice President Products, Managing Director for Gard UK, before becoming CUO in Asia.
