Bar City Tasting Journey

From 3-28 November, the Bar City Tasting Journey on Genting Dream will offer two different drink packages, ‘Totally Tipples’ and ‘Tipples & Nibbles’, including unlimited beverages, plus a special signature drink at each of the four unique bars in Bar City. Guests can grab a glass of champagne at Bubbles Champagne Bar and a Mediterranean cocktail at Mixt prior to dinner, followed by a glass of red wine at Penfolds Wine Vault and a shot of whiskey at the exclusive Johnnie Walker House at sea.

For “Tipples & Nibbles” package holders, Mediterranean themed cocktails and tapas will be served at the Zouk Beach Club from 3-28 November accompanied by Latin dance performances under the stars – with a selection of Nordic cocktails joining the menu beginning on 12 November.

Then it’s ‘Vamos a la Playa!’ where guests can enjoy the lively Latin spirt at Tributes every high sea night after dinner. Savour a digestif of your choice — be it brandy, whiskey, tequila or selected wines and dance along to the Salsa Boleros and Mambo Cha-Cha performances by the ship’s professional dancers.

Whisky Profiling Workshops

On Genting Dream’s 7 and 24 November sailings, Whisky Profiling Workshops will be hosted by Jonathan Macey, Founder and CEO of Macey & Sons, a long-standing pioneer in art brokerage and auctioneering. The workshop will analyse each guest’s personal flavour preferences such as fruity, spicy, floral or smoky, and match them with a Single Malt whisky that they will love, to create a personal “Flavour Print” to discover, explore and enjoy Scotch in new and exciting ways.
