An important milestone for the Hapag-Lloyd and NileDutch integration is here: the voyage cut over


After the successful acquisition of NileDutch in this year, we are entering an important stage of the integration: the voyage cut over from NileDutch (ND) to Hapag-Lloyd. Starting mid-October, the former ND services in our new and expanded network in Africa will switch to Hapag-Lloyd bill of ladings.

We are aware that the integration to the Hapag-Lloyd processes and systems will present a degree of change for the internal operations of NileDutch’s customers. Therefore, we have worked towards ensuring that this transition is as seamless as possible by providing location-specific information concerning our Africa Vertical contact points, emails, phone numbers, and lately, booking processes.

As a last piece of information, we would like to share with you the final vessel cut over. If you are currently a ND customer, please refer to the following overview per service with the last ND and the first Hapag-Lloyd vessels. We know that you are familiar with the ND service coding, so we have included it below.
