Limassol Marina part of the Beach Clean-up of Akti Olympion B’ in Limassol
On the occasion of World Maritime Day, CYMEPA and the Cyprus Master Mariners Association organised a bi-communal beach clean-up of Akti Olympion B’, (Thalassokoritso) on Thursday 30 September 2021. Several members of the Limassol Marina team, Marina berth holders and crew came together to celebrate the importance of the day and had an amazing experience on the beach contributing to this global environmental initiative!
Starting at 10:00, the event was held under the auspices of the Shipping Deputy Minister Mr. Vassilios Demetriades and the Environment Commissioner Ms. Klelia Vasiliou; and supported by the Municipality of Limassol.
