MOL announced that it has decided to procure medical aid supplies and make emergency deliveries in view of the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus in Indonesia. On August 4, oxygen concentrators (with oxygen masks) arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia by air and will be delivered to crew training institutions and medical institutions in the country.

In Indonesia, MOL Group has its business field in the maritime transportation of bulk cargoes such as energy resources, chemicals, mineral resources, and vehicles. In addition, there are companies also engaged in logistics businesses, including air transportation and customs clearance services, as well as ship management businesses for LNG carriers and FSRU.

Furthermore, our company deploys Indonesian seafarers on many of its vessels, including LNG tankers and bulk carriers. Indonesian seafarers continue to support the safe operation and the global supply chain even during Coronavirus pandemic.
