In line with our earlier correspondences on our strategic expansion of the Unifeeder Group, we are pleased to inform you that final approvals from the relevant authorities have been obtained and the
transaction between Unifeeder and Transworld Feeders, Avana Logistek and Avana Global has closed on 1st of July 2021.

Having Transworld Feeders, Avana Global and Avana Logistek, joining the Unifeeder Group, we are further enhancing the logistics capabilities of the group and thus deliver more solutions and flexibility to our valued customers through the combined comprehensive network, especially in the trades between India, the Arabian Gulf and South East Asia, as well as within the wider Indian subcontinent.

We are all excited to finally getting started and look forward to engaging with partners, vendors and all of our valued customers, supporting business needs and discussing which new opportunities our
enlarged product offering will facilitate, and how we can jointly create enhanced value going forward.
