The International Consortium has been awarded the tender for the provision of Legal, Commercial and Financial consulting services.
The Natural Gas Public Company Ltd (CYGAS) announces that the tender “Request for Proposal for the Provision of Legal – Commercial – Financial Advisor Services” has been awarded to the Consortium, which consists of ERNST & YOUNG LLP, PAMBORIDIS LLC, KESTREL ENERGY S LTD and RWT ENERGY ADVISORY LIMITED. The Tender concerns the provision of Legal, Commercial and Financial consulting services to CYGAS and its subsidiary, Natural Gas Infrastructure Company (ETYFA) LTD.
The successful bidder, who emerged through a competitive bidding process, as six bids had been submitted, was evaluated on a multi-criteria basis, based on the regulatory framework governing public procurement.
It is recalled that the tender was announced on February 23 and the bidding stage was completed on April 23.
