Ardmore Shipping announces new Vice-President of Corporate Services


Ardmore Shipping is pleased to announce long-standing team member Aideen O’Driscoll has been promoted to Vice-President of Corporate Services.

As part of a restructure to Ardmore’s senior management team, the Corporate Services department will now include oversight of human resources, legal, office management and project management.

Aideen O’Driscoll has been part of Ardmore Shipping since 2015 as a Legal Associate progressing to Director of Human Resources in 2019, and has recently completed an Executive MBA with Cork University Business School.

On her new appointment, Aideen O’Driscoll, Vice-President of Corporate Services at Ardmore Shipping, commented:

“It is really exciting to see Ardmore Shipping grow. Ardmore has developed so much during my time here and this new department is another strategic enabler for the organisation, helping to facilitate high performance at every level. The team are fantastic, and I feel very lucky to have their support as I take on this new role.

“There are some really interesting and exciting projects ongoing within Ardmore right now as we implement our Energy Transition Plan, and we, as a team, want to ensure that the Corporate Services department plays a pivotal role in realising Ardmore’s ambitions in this regard, continuing to consistently and purposefully drive both performance and progress.”

Aideen is also a member of the steering committee of the Diversity Study Group, promoting greater equality, diversity, and inclusion in the shipping industry.
