Photos Photiades Breweries Ltd has chosen SAP Solutions in a strategic decision to transform and expand its HR strategy and create exceptional employee experiences. Opting for SAP SuccessFactors, a world-leading provider of cloud human experience management, the company has chosen SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. The project will be implemented by SAP channel partner, AMS Advanced Management Solutions Ltd.
Being a long-time customer of AMS Advanced Management Solutions Ltd. with SAP ERP, the company decided to invest on this solution, with the aim to provide employees with experiences that recognize their individual value and consistently motivate them to achieve peak performance levels. Subscribing to the SAP SuccessFactors modules for 200 employees, Photos Photiades Breweries Ltd will be able not only to find, train, and manage its workforce, but also to combine feedback with operational data to understand how people feel and why. More specifically, with the chosen modules, the company will have a single point of truth in managing its HR data, ensure mobility for all the staff and be able to rapidly adapt to the fast-changing business needs. Additionally, the SAP solution selected, will enable the company to achieve a learning strategy with a comprehensive learning management solution, standardize the HR processes and structure organizational management while also being able to attract and select better candidates. It is worth mentioning that SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution has been positioned as a Leader in “IDC MarketScape: Worldwide and U.S. Modern Talent Acquisition Suites for Large Enterprise 2019 Vendor Assessment.”
