Telenor Satellite approves KNS Z5MK4-Ka VSAT antenna for high-powered connectivity on its THOR 7 High Throughput Satellite (HTS).

The new KNS Z5MK4-Ka antenna supports all 60 cm class Anker Maritime Ka Speed profiles (up to 20/3 Mbps on iDirect Velocity and 50/10 Mbps using Dialog), and may be equipped with either a standard 5W BUC or an optional 10W BUC. It represents a cost-effective, high quality VSAT communications solution for vessel owners and operators. Its reliable design allows for stable performance in harsh marine and offshore environments, even at the edge of coverage.

The Z5MK4-Ka offers a number of additional benefits based on the latest optimizations of its mechanical, electrical and RF systems and is equipped with new user-friendly functions and modular design for fast and easy installation, operation and maintenance. The 55cm Z5MK4-Ka antenna is designed for better accuracy, higher tracking performance, easier monitoring and control.
