Scorpio Bulkers announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with an unaffiliated third party to sell the SBI Orion, an Ultramax bulk carrier built in 2015, for approximately $16.1 million. Delivery of the vessel is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2021.
