Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Develop market share / turnover in accordance to commercial strategy
Identify the commercial market opportunities
Promote CMA CGM Support Group Services and Value added Services (VAS)
Plan and conduct commercial visits
Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer’s segmentation is selected in his area
Update commercial data and customer feedback in the information system including complaint
Manage portfolio of customers
Carry out sales leads research
Telephone canvassing
Collect and structure information about clients
Coordinate Special Cargo Activities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
Minimum three (3) years’ related in Sales
Minimum two (2) years’ industry experience
MS Office proficient
Certifications and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license
