International Conference on Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships 2020 ICMASS 2020


Ulsan, Republic of Korea, November 11th to 12th 2020

The third ICMASS 2020 is arranged in Ulsan this year, after its first event in Busan in 2018 and second in Trondheim, Norway. The next main ICMASS event will be in April 2022 in Singapore.

ICMASS is the world’s leading scientific and technical conference on autonomous ship applications and technology. This year it has 35 scientific papers and presentations and 30 updates on technology, applications and use as well as several panel discussions and keynotes. All papers will be open access through IOP Conference series: Material Science and Engineering (MSE). The conference will be open for virtual as well as physical participation.

The conference is organized by the International Network for Autonomous Ships (INAS) in cooperation with UIPA (Ulsan ICT Promotion Agency), KMOU (Korea Maritime and Ocean University) and KAUS (Korean Autonomous and Unmanned Ship Forum.
