Njord Robotics has been granted 280 000 NOK


Njord Robotics develops autonomous underwater cleaning drones for land-based fish farming.

The company has now been granted 280 000 NOK.

– This money vil help us further in our devepopment of the drones, says CEO of Njord Robotics, Vidar Melstveit.

The money was granted by Støtte- og Forskningsfond for Næingslivet i Trondheim (Support and research fund for business in Trondheim).

– We thank the fund for the support, and engurage other start-up companies in Trondheim to apply, says Melstveit.

Njord Robotics became a member og the Ocean Autonomy Cluster earlyer this year.

The startup has its origin in NTNU School of Entrepreneurship, and the team consists of Henning Seeberg Stenersen (CTO), Marcus Langseth Nickelsen (CTO) and Vidar Melstvet (CEO).
