Diaplous-Cyber: the latest addition to the DIAPLOUS group

DIAPLOUS group has recently established another affiliate company, DIAPLOUS-CYBER LTD, focusing on holistic cyber security and cyber defence services. It was only natural for a leading company in physical security like DIAPLOUS Maritime, to expand its services to cyberspace, the latest economic and social battlefield.
DIAPLOUS-CYBER has been created after the collaboration of DIAPLOUS group with Belgium-based cyber security company, FOCAL POINT. Through this collaboration, DIAPLOUS-CYBER granted access globally to a large group of companies and consultants specialized in cyber security.
DIAPLOUS-CYBER offers its partners mentoring to Cyber Risk Management. This includes the obvious compliance to upcoming IMO regulation (after 1/1/2021), ISO27001 compliance, and actual business continuity.
The company’s differentiator from all other Cyber Security providers is that they perceive cyber-attacks like they are physical threats. All cyber-attacks are human-driven, targeted deliberately towards your assets. To defend those assets, DIAPLOUS-CYBER deploys cutting-edge technology, top level experts and physical teams present to your premises.
The core of all operations is the Cyber Defence Operational Centre (C-DOC). Run by DIAPLOUS-CYBER’s highly-skilled experts, C-DOC provides continuous 24/7 operational support with EDR monitoring, detection and prevention of cyber threats affecting the partner’s network. C-DOC operates as an extension to the client’s existing IT/Security team. With practical, latest solutions and recommendations, together you tackle Maritime Cyber Security issues in a holistic and comprehensive way. DIAPLOUS-CYBER’s service is in accordance with IMO, BIMCO and other organizations’ guidance and regulations.
“What we do is that we build our relations with our customers as partners. We are different not because we have the most experienced cyber security consultants with high level expertise from International organisations such as NATO, but because we have a deep knowledge of the Maritime sector, shipping companies’ business objectives and we recommend cyber security solutions that drive business objectives to success”, as stated by DIAPLOUS group CEO, Mr. Manolis Lazaridis.
DIAPLOUS Group is a leading Maritime Risk Management (MRM) provider, delivering specialized services to an ever-broadening portfolio of shipping, oil & gas, energy providers and construction Industries. The company has established partnership with NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC) and is offering advanced Security training courses and Cybers Defence exercises to Governmental Officers and Corporate Personnel and Managers using the NMIOTC training premises or provide the experienced trainers to a remote training center.
