CÁDIZ-PORT addresses the future of renewable energy in the bay in its first web seminar


The Association of the Port Community of Cádiz, Cádiz-Port, will carry out two digital meetings as a starting point for the project, which aims to transform the port of Cádiz into a logistics hub.

The Port Authority of the Bay of Cadiz, M6 Subsea Trainnig, Enzen and Lloyd’s Register, collaborate in the organization of these webinars, in which experts will talk about the opportunities of the renewable energy sector in the Bay of Cadiz as a future market niche.

The first webinar, “Marine Renewable Energies: The current scenario in Spain and the challenges for the future. The Bay of Cadiz and its perspectives for the Sector”, will be presented by Alexandra de Marichalar, Senior Manager Energy Advisor of Enzen Spain, on the 10th of June 2020 at 17:00 h (Spain).

José Luis Hidalgo, Energy Senior Surveyor at Lloyd’s Register Spain, will present, “The Bay of Cadiz: A critical and constructive view on the future of the renewable energy and offshore industries”. This second meeting will take place on 17 June 2020 at 17:00 h (Spain).
