ReMo Smart Glasses enable workers in the field to get assistance from experienced technicians (onshore) via an enhanced two-way video call, where the expert can remotely see and hear from the worker’s point of view.
Onboard a vessel engineers won’t always have the right expertise or experience in a given situation, and may require support interpreting what they see. In such cases, any delays in identifying problems can lead to escalating costs and downtime. To every problem there’s always a Solution, and “ReMo Smart Glasses” is what the engineers have to have onboard at all times. The engineers can easily take pictures and capture and share video for interpretation by experienced technical team members at HQs. In this way, they can get the help they need to identify problems in seconds, instead of through costly trial and error.
