The candidate will join the application support and consulting team of the Hartmann Group, consisting of an international team of professionals with various backgrounds. The team supports business applications and provides consulting services to the group across its four major locations (Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Philippines).

The successful candidate should:

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science (considered an advantage)
• Experience in software development (windows & web)

Technical Skills

• Excellent understanding of relational databases & SQL
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of system architecture
• Background in business applications ERP, Accounting, PMS, HR (considered an advantage)
• Practical experience with ticketing systems (considered an advantage)
• Helpdesk experience (considered an advantage)

Competencies

• Good verbal and written communications skills in English, with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural team
• Able to adapt and learn new skills
• Shipping related experience and skills (considerred as an advantage)
