Interorient Shipmanagement Vacancy – Technical Manager

We are looking to recruit an exceptional professional who will have the overall leadership and responsibility for the technical management of the fleet.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive senior level experience and proven track record in a similar role such as Senior Fleet Manager or Technical Manager with a ship management company
• Chief Engineer’s CoC with sailing experience as a Senior Engineer on tankers
• Strong knowledge of industry rules and regulations
• Customer service minded
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated management ability to lead teams
• Ability to manage challenging matters with a solution driven and strategic mindset
• High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
• Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
• Flexibility to travel frequently worldwide
