Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore brought the Circle of Digital Innovators (CDO) and Circle of HR Innovators (CHRO) networks together
In a first, #MPA together with the Singapore Shipping Association and Singapore Maritime Foundation brought the Circle of Digital Innovators (CDO) and Circle of HR Innovators (CHRO) networks together in an industry engagement session.
More than 80 HR practitioners, digital officers and decision makers from the maritime industry learnt more about our plans this year to enable them to lead transformation efforts within their respective companies.
One such initiative is the Digital Acceleration Index where maritime companies can participate in an upcoming survey to assess their digital readiness so as to better chart their digitalisation journey. Our partner #IMDA also shared with attendees about TechSkills Accelerator programmes available for the maritime workforce to develop their tech skills.
