Some of the best things about the holiday season are the Christmas traditions that come along with it and Pioneer Marine is committed to following through festive Holiday traditions and rituals.

Pioneer aims to make the season more memorable in the office by creating a warm and fun atmosphere to help everyone enjoy the holidays, and one way we do this is by hosting an annual children’s Christmas party at our office premises. This event brings extra joy to all staff and their children!

Each year the kids gather around the office and enjoy entertainment provided by animators, dance, sing and partake in face painting. We enjoy lunch together and then “Santa Claus” passes out gifts to each child. This holiday party is a way of acknowledging our team and their families and builds camaraderie and spreads office holiday cheer!

No matter what fun Christmas things you do at your workplace, the most important thing is spending time together and creating a culture everyone can enjoy being a part of.
