The Greek merchant fleet increased by 1.1 pct in October 2019 compared with October 2018. An increase of 0.3 pct was recorded in October 2018 compared with October 2017, the Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Wednesday.
The gross tonnage of the Greek merchant fleet, for vessels of 100 GRT and over, recorded an increase of 0.5 pct in October 2019 compared with October 2018. A decrease of 4.1 pct was recorded in October 2018 compared with October 2017, ELSTAT said.
