To strengthen our growing Performance Optimisation Control Room (POCR) in Limassol we are looking for a motivated Operator to join the team. Our POCR provides a 24/7 service to our vessels and clients. A working hour flexibility for morning, afternoon and especially night shifts.

Your tasks:
• Economical voyage monitoring • 24/7 POCR Operations • Safety, security and pollution prevention
• Report generation and data management
• Communication Your profile:
• Senior or Junior Navigating officer
• Previous operations experience (eg Weather routing, performance management) experience would be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift based environment aligned with US and Asia office timings
• Strong Communication, Marine and analytical skills • Broad understanding of Ship Management related processes
• Good stakeholder management, creative thinking and persuasive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
