PPA SA announces that on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 9:58 am the container number CSUN7025891 unloaded from the COSCO SHIPPING CAPRICORN vessel was shipped, bringing the total traffic to the port of Piraeus to reach 5,000,000 TEU for the current year.
The fact that the 5,000,000 TEU limit has already been exceeded since November brings Piraeus Port closer to the Mediterranean in the first place and possibly among Europe’s top 4 ports.
