The Marshall Islands Registry

International Registries, Inc. and its affiliates (IRI) provide administrative and technical support to the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) Maritime and Corporate Registries. The RMI fleet is the youngest and greenest in the world surpassing 182 million gross tons at the end of July 2021, and the only registry globally to be recognized by the United States Coast Guard’s QUALSHIP21 roster for 17 consecutive years. The RMI is also ranked in the top 10 on the whitelists of both the Paris and Tokyo Memorandums of Understanding. These factors, in addition to the Registry’s investment in people and expertise, also contribute to the overall growth of the Registry.

IRI has a network of 27 worldwide offices that have the ability to register a vessel, including those under construction, record a mortgage or financing charter, incorporate a company, issue seafarer documentation, and service clientele. The RMI fleet is committed to supporting the developing renewables energy and advanced technologies industry while also implementing new technologies to create a sustainable future. The most important asset to the RMI Registry is its customers, and IRI strives to provide them with full service from any of its 27 worldwide offices, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
